1. Quick Response – Every inquiry is answered within 24 hours with gratitude and full attention.

2. Guidance & Support – We don’t just answer questions, we provide clear, professional guidance to help you make the right decision for your family.

3. Registered Puppies Only – All our Labrador puppies are registered and come with official pedigree/registration papers. If you’d like to transfer the pedigree to your local kennel club, we can provide an export pedigree for $75. Simply share the name and address you’d like printed on the papers.

4. Health & Care Assurance – Your puppy’s health and happiness are our top priority.

   • Each Labrador is thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian just before departure.

   • Puppies stay with their mother and littermates as long as possible to support strong socialization.

   • An official veterinarian at the airport also inspects your puppy before the flight.

   • All health and travel documents are securely attached to the crate and sent along.

5. Arrival & Pickup – Please be at the airport at the scheduled time. Puppies are usually available about 2 hours after landing. A valid ID (passport/driver’s license) is required.

   • Home delivery can also be arranged for an additional $30–$50.

   • Once your Labrador arrives safely, we’d love to receive a quick email update.

   • Please schedule a vet check-up within 48 hours of arrival.

6. Smooth Transition – To ease adjustment, we recommend giving bottled water at first, then gradually mixing in your tap water. Puppies should also continue with the same food brand they’re used to (we send a starter nutritional package lasting about 2 weeks).

7. Follow-Up Care – A team member will call you within 24 hours of arrival to ensure your puppy is settling in well and answer any questions.

8. Ongoing Support – You’ll receive newsletters with valuable Labrador care tips and updates, because our relationship doesn’t end at delivery.

9. Original Documents – Pedigree, vaccination booklet, and guarantee are mailed within 2–4 weeks of your puppy’s arrival.

10. Share Your Joy – We love receiving pictures and updates on your Labrador’s growth and development.

11. Referral Rewards – If you refer us to others, we’ll thank you with special rewards.

Shipping Information

• Free Shipping Available – We currently have special shipping coupons that allow us to send up to 3 puppies at no cost. If your order is placed while coupons are still valid, your Labrador’s shipping will be free.

• Otherwise, shipping costs a flat $150.

Step by Step Adoption Process

Step 1 – Choose Your Puppy
Browse the Our Puppies page on our website to see available Labradors.

Step 2 – Contact Us
Use the Contact Us form to let us know which Labrador you’re interested in.

Step 3 – Reservation or Purchase
Once we receive your inquiry, an agent will contact you within 24 hours to:

• Confirm your puppy is reserved (hold available for up to 7 days), OR

• Provide you with a lifetime satisfaction guarantee and invoice if you wish to purchase immediately.

Step 4 – Flight Booking
When your flight is confirmed, we’ll send you the flight number, date, and exact pickup details.

Step 5 – Puppy Pickup
Be ready at the airport (or home if delivery arranged) to welcome your new Labrador!

Step 6 – Follow-Up Call
Within 24 hours of your puppy’s arrival, we’ll call to confirm everything is perfect and that your Labrador is happily home.
